Tired of the sun setting too fast? Longer Days doubles the length of daytime so you have more time to explore, build, and farm — without touching the night.

What it does

- Daytime is 2x longer than vanilla (~20 real minutes instead of 10)

- Night stays the same length

- A subtle action bar HUD shows your current time of day with a progress bar and countdown

- HUD flashes for 3 seconds every 2 minutes so it never clutters your screen

Time of Day Periods

The HUD tracks 8 periods throughout the day:

Dawn → Morning → Noon → Afternoon → Dusk → Evening → Midnight → Late Night

Requirements

- Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.0 or higher

- No Beta APIs or Experimental Features required

- Behavior Pack only — no resource pack needed

- Achievement Friendly
